Repent and Believe the Gospel!

REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!
Jesus said,"The time is fullfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel"
The Gospel is that the Word of God became a man; Jesus, the only begotten of the Father, the Son of God, full of grace and truth, and lived in this world with every temptation that you and I face, and yet He never sinned and He gave himself to die on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. God made Him who knew no sin to become sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He was buried in a tomb, and on the third day the Father raised Him from the dead. He was seen of above 500 witnesses after He arose and He ascended to the right hand of the Father in heaven. He is there right now, alive, making intercession on our behalf to the Father. He is coming again with all the saints and all the angels in great power and glory and all who live and believe in him will be united with him and thus will we ever be with the Lord. I urge you to seek Him now, during this time while the long suffering of God is waiting, for the Day of the Lord is coming soon. He loves you and He will save you to the utter most if you will put your trust in Him.

 What Is Wrong With The Church?

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus. Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.

Amen! Thank you Father! We bless your holy name. Praise your holy name. Thank you for this day. We ask you to bless every person reading this message. Open their hearts and give them understanding of what you are saying by your Holy Spirit today. Thank you Lord. Today’s program is called, What Is Wrong With The Church? We’ll start in Isa 29:13, Therefore the Lord said: Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men… Let’s go to Mat 15:1, Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread. He answered and said to them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and your mother, and, He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death. But you say, Whoever says to his father or mother, Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God, then he need not honor his father or mother. Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. Deu 5:16, Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, that your days may be long, and that it may be well with you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. This is what is written. If you follow the traditions of man; the doctrines of men, you may wind up dishonoring your father or your mother, and it won’t be going well with you, in the land which the Lord your God has given you.   Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. When He had called the multitude to Himself, He said to them, Hear and understand: Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man. Then His disciples came and said to Him, Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying? But He answered and said, Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted. Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch. Then Peter answered and said to Him, Explain this parable to us. So Jesus said, Are you also still without understanding? Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.  The heart is desperately wicked; deceitful above all things.

Let’s go to 2 Ti 3:1, But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 2 Ti 4:2, Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Preach what? The Word!, not the traditions of men.  Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. Because of the condition of men’s hearts in this hour: the love of the world; the lust of the flesh; the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, people are drawn to false doctrines, doctrines of men, that appeal to the condition of their hearts. The true doctrine is the Father’s doctrine: the Words of Jesus. Jesus said, If you continue in My Word, you will be My disciples indeed, and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. The Word of God is the truth; the true doctrine.

Here’s an example of the true doctrine of God vs the doctrine of men: Exo 34:5, Now the Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, (Moses) and proclaimed the name of the Lord. And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children to the third and the fourth generation. So Moses made haste and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped. God will by no means clear the guilty. He said He does not change. If you have sinned, you are guilty until you truly repent of your sin and acknowledge it before God. Then, because of the sacrifice of Jesus upon the Cross, He will forgive your sin and cleanse you of all unrighteousness in the Blood of His Son. 1Jn 1:9  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Cross of Christ; the work of the Cross must be appropriated to that sin; the Blood of Jesus must be applied to atone for it. Otherwise you are still guilty, and God will not clear you of it. Unless you repent, you will be judged for it in the Last Day. God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance; that everyone should be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. That’s why He gave His beloved Son Jesus to die on the Cross for our sins. His grace does not cover your sins! If you are guilty of sin, He will not clear you. You must repent! You must confess your sin! Then, and only then, will the Blood of Jesus be applied to it. And then, and only then, will you be cleared. This is the true grace of God. This is the true doctrine of God.

Let’s go to John 7:16, Jesus answered them and said, My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me. If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority. He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him. Jesus said, I only say what I hear My Father saying;

He gave Me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. Because men do not want to do the will of the Father, as Jesus did, but, rather, their own will; their own pleasure, and because they want to please men that have the same mind, they teach the doctrines of men, and those doctrines and traditions have made the Word of God of none effect in the lives of the people, moving our hearts far from God. Our worship, therefore, in most churches and fellowships is vain. We draw near to Him with our mouths and honor Him with our lips, but our hearts are far from Him, set on the things of this world, and not the things of God. Jesus told the woman at Jacob’s well, God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth: in the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.  The Word of God revealed by the Holy Spirit and taught by men that are sent by Him, speaking His Words, and doing His works; teaching the Father’s doctrine. He that speaks from himself seeks his own glory, but he that seeks the glory of Him that sent him is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. How many true ministers of God are there in the church, who truly are seeking to glorify God in their life and ministry; who speak the things of the Father’s doctrine, as He leads them in preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit? The preaching of the Cross is to them that are perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God: a revelation of the sacrifice of Jesus upon the Cross for our sins, and the power of His shed Blood to atone for them. Holy men of God wrote the Word of God as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. Unholy men speak the traditions and commandments of men, of themselves, seeking their own glory. If any man will do the Father’s will, he will know of the doctrine, whether it be of God. If any man will not do His will, he will not know the true doctrine, and he will not be able to enter the Kingdom of God. Jesus said, Not everyone who says, Lord, Lord, is going into the Kingdom of God, but they that do the will of My Father in Heaven.

So, because our worship is vain in most of the churches, there is little effect for righteousness in our land. The churches are corrupted; the political leaders are corrupted, and the schools and families are corrupted. The people are not virtuous. Our forefathers said that our Constitution was made for a virtuous people. It only works with a virtuous people. Our forefathers, for the most part, believed in God. That’s why we have “One nation under God” on our money, and in so many other places. There is little love of the truth now. But there is hope! 2Ch 7:14,  If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. There is no other hope for our land! It’s on the Church! And only the Father in Heaven can heal our land. If His people which are called by His name will put away the vain doctrines and traditions of men, and embrace the holy Word of God with all their hearts, loving and living and teaching the truth, His Word is the truth, then the Church will be cleansed and washed from her filthiness, and our land will begin to be healed.

Interpretation of a message in tongues:

I am God Almighty! Turn back to Me with all your heart! Come to Me in this hour, My people! Come back to My Word! My Word is the truth! I’ve given it to you for your salvation; for your cleansing; for your sanctification; for your righteousness. Come back to My Word! Look unto Me now: the author and the finisher of your faith.

Thank you for reading this message from 15 Minutes With Jesus at roberthaymes.com . May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you who love Him in truth, Amen.
