Repent and Believe the Gospel!

REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!
Jesus said,"The time is fullfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel"
The Gospel is that the Word of God became a man; Jesus, the only begotten of the Father, the Son of God, full of grace and truth, and lived in this world with every temptation that you and I face, and yet He never sinned and He gave himself to die on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. God made Him who knew no sin to become sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He was buried in a tomb, and on the third day the Father raised Him from the dead. He was seen of above 500 witnesses after He arose and He ascended to the right hand of the Father in heaven. He is there right now, alive, making intercession on our behalf to the Father. He is coming again with all the saints and all the angels in great power and glory and all who live and believe in him will be united with him and thus will we ever be with the Lord. I urge you to seek Him now, during this time while the long suffering of God is waiting, for the Day of the Lord is coming soon. He loves you and He will save you to the utter most if you will put your trust in Him.

 The Man Christ Jesus

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus. Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied. (Jude 1:2)

Thank you Heavenly Father! Thank you for this day. Thank you for this program about your Son, Father, Amen. Bless your Holy Name!

Today’s program is called, The Man Christ Jesus. Let’s turn to 1 Tim 2:1, Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.  1 Tim 3:16,  And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory.

Ok, let’s turn to John 1:1, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Let’s go to Luke 1:26, Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin's name was Mary. And having come in, the angel said to her, "Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!" But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end." Then Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I do not know a man?" And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called, notice: will be called, the Son of God. Jesus became a Son. He became a Jew, the Seed of Abraham, that the scripture might be fulfilled that God spoke to Abraham, And in your seed shall all the nations of the Earth be blessed… A son is born; created in a womb.

There is a doctrine in the Church, which most of us have been taught, a doctrine of men, which states that Jesus is the eternal Son of God; that He was begotten of the Father in eternity through communication within the Godhead. Supposedly it is timeless, non-bodily, and incomprehensible. This is a wicked lie of Satan that has been in the Church, in all the major denominations, for centuries. It is a lie; a doctrine of men, and it makes the truth about Jesus in the Word of God of no effect in the believer’s life. It is another Jesus, another spirit, and another gospel. Let’s turn to 2 Cor 11:3, But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it! The Scripture says, in Gal 4:4, But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. God sent forth His Son, made of  a woman; made under the law. As we just read in the previous scriptures, Jesus was conceived in Mary’s womb of the Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit, in time, and He was born of a woman. His name was then called Jesus, and only then was He called the Son of God.

Jesus is a man, a man who was tempted in every way, and yet He never yielded. He overcame every temptation, that’s why He’s called by John the Baptist, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. He is the spotless Lamb, and His Blood is precious because it is the Blood of a perfect, sinless man, who was tempted as a man, and yet did not sin. He did not sin because of His love for His Father and for us. What makes His sacrifice so valuable and powerful is just this very thing: that He was a man and He could be tempted. He could have sinned and yet He never did. He overcame sin and the devil and the world as a man, not as God. God doesn't need to overcome anything: He is God. Jesus is a man who overcame the world; a man who loved us and gave His perfect life for us upon the Cross as a living sacrifice for our sins: God made Him who knew no sin to become sin on our behalf, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him: repenting of our sins; believing His sacrifice; crucified with Him; buried and resurrected with Him; in Him, and He and the Father and the Holy Spirit in us, to serve God in the newness of the Spirit, doing the will of the Father every day, denying ourselves; taking up our cross: the crucifixion of our flesh, and following our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Jesus is, as we read in John 1, the Word made flesh. The Word was God. The Word is God. John 1:14, And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus was not a man before He was conceived by the Holy Spirit in Mary’s womb. When He was born, His name was called Jesus, the Son of God. A son is born of his father and his mother. Jesus’ Father is God, and His mother is Mary. He is a man. He lived as a man and He died as a man, and He was resurrected as a man in His glorified body. He ascended into Heaven, and He is at His Father’s right hand in Heaven as a man, His Son, in His glorified body, our great High Priest, making intercession for us. Heb 4:14,   Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me, and the life that I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me. Our faith must be in the true Jesus: the man Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who loved us and gave Himself for us.

Jesus was not sinless because He was God, the Son of God; He was sinless because He endured all the temptations for over 30 years as a man and never sinned. He never sinned because He loved His Father and He only did His will. If He could not have sinned, then He could not have been tempted. Jesus is a man who overcame sin, death, and the devil, by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit, and we must follow Him in faith and love to do the same. We know we can overcome because He did it as a man, and we are men and women in Him, dwelling in Him and He in us. We have His Word and His Holy Spirit, and He said, In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. Thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Because Jesus was a man, tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin, He became our great High Priest who can sympathize with our weaknesses and intercede for us before the Father and help us to overcome. We can come boldly to His throne of grace to find grace to help in the time of need; grace to overcome in our situation. There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time.

Interpretation of a message in tongues:

I am God Almighty. My children, hearken to the voice of My servant Rob this day, as he speaks of My Son the truth concerning Him. My Son became a man for your sakes, to be tempted in every way, and yet never sin. And I raised Him from the dead on the third day to justify you from all things. But you must repent; you must believe My Gospel; you must believe what He has done for you. Come to Him! Come to My Son; trust in Him with all your heart, and you shall be saved, says the Lord.

Thank you for reading this message from 15 Minutes With Jesus at roberthaymes.com . May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you who love Him in truth, Amen. (2 Cor 13:14)
