Repent and Believe the Gospel!

REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!
Jesus said,"The time is fullfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel"
The Gospel is that the Word of God became a man; Jesus, the only begotten of the Father, the Son of God, full of grace and truth, and lived in this world with every temptation that you and I face, and yet He never sinned and He gave himself to die on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. God made Him who knew no sin to become sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He was buried in a tomb, and on the third day the Father raised Him from the dead. He was seen of above 500 witnesses after He arose and He ascended to the right hand of the Father in heaven. He is there right now, alive, making intercession on our behalf to the Father. He is coming again with all the saints and all the angels in great power and glory and all who live and believe in him will be united with him and thus will we ever be with the Lord. I urge you to seek Him now, during this time while the long suffering of God is waiting, for the Day of the Lord is coming soon. He loves you and He will save you to the utter most if you will put your trust in Him.

 Abraham’s Seed

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus. Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.

Praise God! Thank you Father, praise God, Amen.

Interpretation of a message in tongues:

I am God Almighty. My people, I want you to listen this day to My servant Rob. Listen carefully to the words that I have given him. He did not speak these words on his own accord. I have given him these words. Therefore, hearken diligently to what I am saying to you by My Spirit through My servant Rob this day.

Father, I thank you. Of a truth, this is your program, Father. You gave it to me; I am your servant, and as you said, Jesus, without you we can do nothing. I do not have anything that I have not received from you. Amen. So Lord, we thank you for this program; I pray, bless every person listening; grant us all grace to hear what you are saying by your Spirit; to understand; give us understanding, and minister to every heart, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today we’re going to speak about Abraham’s Seed. First let’s look at the promise that God made to Abraham in Gen 17:1-8, When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly. Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your seed after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you. Also I give to you and your seed after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Ok, let’s turn to Gen 22:15-18, And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of Heaven the second time, and said, By myself have I sworn, says the Lord, for because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son: that in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in your seed shall all the nations of the Earth be blessed; because you have obeyed my voice. All the nations of the Earth are blessed in Abraham’s seed.

Gal 3:6-14,  Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In you shall all nations be blessed. So then they who are of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that does them shall live in them.

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree: that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal 3:16-29, Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, "And to seeds," as of many, but as of one, “And to your seed”, who is Christ. And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect. For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise. What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator.

Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but God is one. Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could have given life, truly righteousness would have been by the law. But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. But before faith came, we were kept under guard by the law, kept for the faith which would afterward be revealed. Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Gal 3:9, So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. Gal 4:4-7, But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Now they are not all children of Abraham that are of Abraham: Rom 9:1-9, the Apostle Paul writes, I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit, that I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh, who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises; of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, God blessed forever, Amen. But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, do you see that?, nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, “In Isaac your seed shall be called.” That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed. For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come, and Sarah shall have a son."

God brought forth His Son, born of a woman, born a Jew- the seed of Abraham, through whom He blessed all the nations of the world by the sacrifice of Himself upon the Cross of Calvary for all our sins, declared to be the Son of God, with power, by His resurrection from the dead. God sent His beloved Son into the world to bless all of us by turning us from our iniquities. Jesus was made a curse for us upon the tree, that we might be blessed in Him. God promised He would make Abraham a father of many nations: it was through his Seed, the Son of David, the Son of God, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Hallelujah! God separated the Children of Abraham unto Himself to be His people through the covenant He made with Abraham, and with his seed.  It was by promise.

When the fulness of time was come, God sent forth His Son, the Seed of Abraham, by whom He blessed all the nations of the world, and all those who are of faith, who believe in Him: the children of the promise, are blessed with faithful Abraham. If you be Christ’s, then are you Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise. Rom 11, Has God cast away His people? God forbid.  God has not cast away His people which He foreknew. Vs 5, Even so, then at this present time, also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. Vs 25, …blindness in part is happened unto Israel until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Vs 26, And so all Israel shall be saved… Vs 28, …but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes. Vs 29, For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

I want to speak now about Satan’s hatred for Israel: Let’s go to Rev 12:1-5, Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars. Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth. And another sign appeared in Heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads. His tail drew a third of the stars of Heaven and threw them to the Earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born. She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne. vs 4, …And the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. Vs 13, And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the Earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. Vs 17, And the dragon was angry with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed (the seed of Abraham), which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Without question, the dragon is Satan, and the woman is Israel. The man child is Jesus, who is going to rule the nations with a rod of iron. Without question, as you can see in these scriptures, Satan hates the woman because of her child Jesus. Satan sought to destroy Jesus when He came the first time, but Jesus triumphed over him through the Cross. Hallelujah! He seeks to destroy Israel as well, but he cannot, for they are God’s chosen people. Jesus brought victory over Satan and immortality, eternal life to us through the Gospel. And we overcome Satan by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony: what Jesus has done for us through the Cross. Satan hates all of us who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. He has a remnant in Israel that He is bringing through the fire, and they are His people, and they will some day be united with their King, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the King of Israel, and they will see His face, and they will serve Him forever in His Kingdom. Those that be of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

 What God Has Done

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus. Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied. (Jude 1:2)

Thank you Father, in Jesus’ name; we thank you for this day; we praise you Father in Jesus’ name. Thank you for this program Father, Amen.  I want to take just a moment this day, this is March 29th, 2025, and I just want to thank God: this is the five year anniversary for 15 Minutes With Jesus. On March 29th of 2020 the Lord spoke to me, and He said, I want you to do a 15 minute program. That’s when this program began, and I want to thank you Lord; just thank you Father for what you’ve done these past five years, thank you Lord! Every week God has given me a program by His Holy Spirit, with very few exceptions. He has been faithful to me to give me a program for you, and I want to thank God for you: every one of you that’s listening or every one of you that’s reading; everyone who’s ever listened or read this program, I thank God for you; I thank God for what He’s done for you through this program, in any way that you have been edified or blessed, I am so thankful! My wife and I, Darlene, we thank God for you; we thank God for this program; I just want to thank God, Amen.

Today’s program is called, What God Has Done. Do you understand what God has done?

Let’s turn to Luke 1:26,  Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin's name was Mary. And having come in, the angel said to her, "Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!" But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His Kingdom there will be no end." Then Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I do not know a man?" And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. Jesus is the Son of God. He was conceived by the Father in Mary’s womb through the power of the Holy Spirit. Isa 7:14, Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Immanuel means, God with us. Chapter 9, verse 6 of Isaiah, For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His Kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. God gave His Son.

Let’s turn to John 1:1, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. Verse 14, And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Jesus was begotten of the Father in Mary’s womb, and when He was born He was called Jesus, the Son of God. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Over to John 3, when Nicodemus came to Jesus by night, and Jesus talked to him: verse 16 of chapter 3, He said to him, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." God so loved us that He gave His only begotten Son.

Let’s turn to Mark 7:1, Then the Pharisees and some of the scribes came together to Him, having come from Jerusalem. Now when they saw some of His disciples eat bread with defiled, that is, with unwashed hands, they found fault. Verse 5, Then the Pharisees and scribes asked Him, "Why do Your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashed hands?" He answered and said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me, and in vain do they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men—the washing of pitchers and cups, and many other such things you do." He said to them, "All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition. For Moses said, 'Honor your Father and your mother, and he who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ But you say, 'If a man says to his father or mother, "Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban"—' (that is, a gift to God), then you no longer let him do anything for his father or his mother, making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do." The religion of man and the traditions of men make the Word of God of none effect in a person’s life. Jesus said, “This people draws near to Me with their mouth, but their heart is far from Me. In vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” So, there is much vain religion. The religion of man is vain, it is vain! If you are in man’s religion, you cannot really see what God has done. You say, “Oh, I know what He’s done, I know, He gave His Son.” But you cannot really see what God has done; your heart is far from Him, and yet, you believe you are with Him. Jesus said, in Mat 7:21, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

God loved us, and He sent His Son to die on the Cross at Calvary for our sins, and Jesus loved His Father, and He loved us, and He went to the Cross. In the Garden of Gethsemane He struggled; He prayed and labored and travailed in prayer so that He could overcome His own flesh and do the will of His Father, which was to go to the Cross. He was sent here to die on that Cross for our sins; it was the will of the Father, and He said, “Nevertheless, not My will, Father but your will  be done.” Jesus was crucified on that Cross. It was a brutal death. Before He was crucified they beat Him; they spit in His face; they tore out His beard; they scourged Him; they mocked Him. Jesus lived for more than thirty years in this wicked world without sinning. He was tempted in every way that we are, yet He never sinned. That’s why He could offer His life, His sinless life,  on the Cross for our sins: He died to take away our sins. And when He died on that Cross, our sins were paid for; all the sins of the human race, the ransom was paid through His death, and through the shedding of His Blood we are cleansed from all sin and unrighteousness, if we will repent and believe this Gospel; believe this good news of what God has done; what He has done: He gave His Son on that Cross for our sins, and on the third day, He raised Him from the dead, and the Scripture says, when He raised Jesus from the dead, He raised us from the dead, Hallelujah!, Amen. When you believe this Gospel and you confess your sins to God and you receive Jesus as your Lord, you become a son of God: Jesus Christ dwells in your heart by faith. Because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into your hearts crying, “Abba, Father.” Amen. Therefore you are no longer a slave to sin, but you are a son or a daughter of God. God is in you; Jesus Christ is in you; the Father is in Him; you are in them, Amen. Crucified with Christ; buried with Him; raised with Him; seated with Him at the right hand of the Father, far above all principalities, powers, might, and dominions, and every name that is named, so that through faith in this Gospel: this good news of what God has done, you can overcome and be conformed to His image, and be a son or a daughter of God to dwell in His glorious Kingdom with Him which is coming soon to this Earth, forever! To be with Him forever, in righteousness, in peace, in joy, forever. No more sorrows; no more pains; no more suffering; the former things will be done away in that Day, and that Day is coming soon! Thank you Lord, thank you Lord.

Interpretation of a message in tongues:

I am God Almighty. My children, hearken unto My servant Rob this day, as he speaks what I have done for you. Why did I do what I did? Because I love you; I love you; I want you to understand My love for you; what I’ve done for you. It was not easy for Me to give My Son upon the Cross for your sins, nor was it easy for Him, but He willingly obeyed Me and went to the Cross for you: He gave His life for you; He suffered and died for your sins, that you might be forgiven; that you might enter into fellowship with Me, as it is written in My Word: Truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. I am with you; if you will be with Me, I will be with you; if you will draw near to Me, I will draw near to you, says the Lord. Seek Me with all your heart and you will find Me, says the Lord. See what I have done for you.

 Precious Promises

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus.

Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied. (Jude 1:2)

Today we’re going to talk about Precious Promises. Let’s turn to 2 Pet 1:1-21, Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Verse 16, For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And we heard this voice which came from Heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. And so we have the prophetic Word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;  knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. Verse 2, Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. The promises are through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. The promises come through the Lordship of Jesus in your life.

Let’s turn to Phil 3:7-14, But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ.  Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Give diligence to make your calling and election sure. We have to be diligent to make our calling sure; with faith, virtue, which is excellence, knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, temperance, which is self control, Godliness, brotherly kindness, and love. In 1 Cor 13: 4-8, we read about love:  Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. In Matt 11:28-30 Jesus said, Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and Godliness; the exceeding greatness of His mighty power which He worked in Jesus when He raised Him from the dead.

Eph 1:15-23, Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

There are so many wonderful promises which God has given us in His Son Jesus Christ. There’s no way, in this program, that I can share all of them. I just want to share a few of them. Here are some Precious Promises:

God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever lives and believes in Him should not perish, but inherit everlasting life.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.

Forgive and you shall be forgiven. Show mercy and you will receive mercy. Give and it shall be given. Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it shall be opened unto you.

When you pray, believe that you have received what you are asking for, and it shall be given you.

If two or three of you shall agree as touching anything that you shall ask, it shall be given unto you.

If you walk after the flesh you shall die, but if you through the Spirit do put to death the deeds of the body you shall live.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things that you need shall be added unto you.

If you love Me, Jesus said, keep My commandments, and I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter that He may abide with you forever.

The Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, He shall teach you all things.

Shall not the Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?

Jesus said, If you keep My commandments, you shall abide in My love.

Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

In John 6, Jesus said, He that comes to Me shall never hunger, and he that believes in Me shall never thirst.

He said, Him that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out. Hallelujah!

He said, Verily, verily I say unto you, he that believes on Me has everlasting life.

In John 11, Jesus said, He that believes on Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live!

Whosoever lives and believes in Me shall never die! Do you believe this?, He said to Martha. Do we believe it?

He also said, As the Father has loved Me, so do I love you. Continue you in My love. Do we believe that?

Do you believe that Jesus loves you as much as the Father loves him?

In 1 John we read, This is the promise that He has given to us, even eternal life. In Him is life. He that has the Son has eternal life. He that has not the Son of God shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.

In John 14 Jesus told His disciples, I will come again and receive you unto myself.

Jesus said, Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

He said, If you abide in Me and my Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you.

He said, If you keep My commandments you shall abide in My love.

Through these Precious Promises of God we can partake of the Divine Nature; we will be conformed to the image of God’s Son; we will be like Him. If we will seek after Him with all our hearts we will find Him, and we will escape the corruption that is in the world through lust. As you draw near to Jesus and seek to know Him, if you will take His yoke upon you and learn of Him, He will lead you in righteous paths to break you of your stubbornness and rebellion, and He will wash you and cleanse you of your corrupt ways that you learned from your fathers and from your old friends in the world. And He will give you His peace and righteousness and joy in the Holy Spirit, more and more, as you stay with Him and follow Him. Jesus said, If you will continue in My Word, you will be my disciples indeed, and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.

We must do something. We must repent of our evil ways and deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him every day. We must believe what He accomplished  through His sacrifice for us on the Cross. We must yield ourselves to Jesus to be baptized in water. Have you been baptized in water since you believed in Him? If you have been baptized, do you understand what took place in you? Jesus said, He that believes and is baptized shall be saved. Through water baptism you are baptized into His death, you are crucified with Him, and you are raised with Him into newness of life. It is very real and essential; it is not a religious exercise. The reason you don’t want to be baptized is because you don’t want to die. You want to continue as lord of your own life and continue in your own corrupt ways, which will inevitably  bring about your own destruction. Water baptism is the first step in following Jesus. You must be crucified and die with Him that you may inherit eternal life and live with Him. Your old sinful nature is destroyed thereby and you will be able to follow Him.

You must then take the second step in following Jesus and be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Jesus said, I’m going to be with the Father, but I won’t leave you alone. I’m going to send the Comforter. He shall teach you all things. It is absolutely essential for you, as a believer in Jesus, to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, that He may teach you all things and reveal Jesus to you; that you may be led by Him to do the will of the Father; to follow Jesus in the way. They that are led by the Spirit of God are the sons and daughters of God. The righteousness of God’s law is fulfilled in them who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Again, you have to yield; you have to surrender your own stubborn will to Him and let Him lead you in His good way. You will never regret it! Come to Jesus! Yield to Him! Take His yoke upon you and learn of Him; learn of all the things He has promised you if you will love Him and obey Him. He is not a respecter of persons at all. If you will yield to Him and obey Him, He will work His Precious Promises in your life, as you believe Him and trust Him. You have to trust Him because sometimes He will even lead you through the valley of the shadow of death. But He will be with you! He will be there in His power to comfort you! Oh the depths of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgements and His ways past finding out!
