Gross Darkness Covers the People

Here in is the way given to us that we may overcome in this dark hour. Isa 60:2  For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. Gross darkness is truly covering the earth and the people, and it will continue to grow darker as we approach the end of this age. We are presently in the great falling away in the Church of Jesus Christ, and according to 2Thess 2:3&4, we will soon see the man of sin, The Antichrist, be revealed and great tribulation such as never before will come upon the whole earth. 2Th 2:3  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 2Th 2:4  Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Mat 24:15  When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Mat 24:21  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. So what can we do in this hour? We must not be as Lot in the days of Sodom whose righteous soul was vexed every day by the things which he saw and heard. Truly, as Jesus said it would be in the time of the end, it is like the days of Sodom, and like the days of Noah. The earth is filled with violence. We, as believers in Christ, must look up unto Him, Heb 12:2  Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. And as we do,continuing in His Word, His light will shine in us and through us in this dark world.1Jn 1:5  This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 1Jn 1:6  If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 1Jn 1:7  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Also we must:Php 4:6  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Php 4:7  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Php 4:8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
