Repent and Believe the Gospel!

REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!
Jesus said,"The time is fullfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel"
The Gospel is that the Word of God became a man; Jesus, the only begotten of the Father, the Son of God, full of grace and truth, and lived in this world with every temptation that you and I face, and yet He never sinned and He gave himself to die on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. God made Him who knew no sin to become sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. He was buried in a tomb, and on the third day the Father raised Him from the dead. He was seen of above 500 witnesses after He arose and He ascended to the right hand of the Father in heaven. He is there right now, alive, making intercession on our behalf to the Father. He is coming again with all the saints and all the angels in great power and glory and all who live and believe in him will be united with him and thus will we ever be with the Lord. I urge you to seek Him now, during this time while the long suffering of God is waiting, for the Day of the Lord is coming soon. He loves you and He will save you to the utter most if you will put your trust in Him.

 Preach The Word

Greetings in the name of Jesus! This is Rob Haymes. This is 15 Minutes With Jesus. Wherever two or three are gathered together in My name, Jesus said, there am I in the midst of them. To those of you who love Him in truth: Mercy unto you, and peace, and love be multiplied. Today we’re going to talk about: Preach The Word. Let’s turn to 2 Tim 4:1-5,  Here the Apostle Paul was writing to Timothy, his son in the faith, and said, I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the Word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.  I have a question for all of you that are preaching the Word of God, or, all of you that have been called, and you know you’ve been called to preach the Word, I’m talking to you today by the Holy Spirit. God has given me a message for you. So that’s who I’m speaking to: young men, or older men; you know you’ve been called, God is speaking to you through me today, if you can receive it. Just humble yourself and listen to what He has to say out of my mouth to you. What does God want you to do? How do you fulfill your ministry? Preach the Word! Be ready, in season and out of season. Reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and teaching.

Those that will not endure sound doctrine; those who love darkness, heap to themselves false prophets and give them large money to make them feel good; to rub those itching ears, as they move away from the truth to their own destruction. They rub the ears, and they deceive the hearts. What a contrast to Jesus, who said, Those whom I love I rebuke and chasten, be zealous therefore and repent! Isa 30:9-11, … this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the law of the Lord; who say to the seers, "Do not see," and to the prophets, "Do not prophesy to us right things; Speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits. Get out of the way, turn aside from the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us." This is why those of us who are sent by the Lord must preach the Word; reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. Those that the Lord loves He rebukes and chastens, that they might repent and be converted and He might heal them. You men of God, who love Him and love His people, be strong and very courageous: Preach the Word! Titus 2:11-15, For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

Heb 2:3&4, how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? According to His own will God will bear witness to His Word. The Lord told me years ago that He confirms His Word, spoken by His Spirit, with signs following. Are you speaking His Word by the Holy Spirit? Jesus said, The Words that I speak, they are Spirit and they are life. In Acts chapter 6 the Scripture says, The Word of God increased and great signs and wonders were done among the people. In Acts 19, many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all…so mightily grew the Word of God and prevailed. A true move of God is always with the preaching of His Word, with the power of the Holy Spirit convincing of sin , righteousness and judgment. Rom 10:15, And how shall they preach except they be sent?, as in Acts 13, when the Holy Spirit said, “Separate unto Me Barnabas and Saul for the work that I have called them to.” And also faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Jesus said, I only say what I hear My Father saying. He said, It’s the Father in Me doing the works. He said concerning His disciples, in prayer to His Father, I have given them the Words that you have given Me. We don’t preach our own words. We preach the Words of God, from God, by the Holy Spirit, and they are life to those who can receive them, as He has sent us.

Be a true man of God. First be a man. Ask God to make you a man. I just want to give a testimony here: That was one of my prayers. Several years ago I started praying and asking God to make me a man. I knew that I was weak; I was wormy: I had been bound all my life, and I started praying and asking Him to make me a man. And He has done it, as much as He has; I’m much more of a man than I was when I started. God will do it! If you’re serious, He will do it! So ask God to make you a man: a man who is faithful in all that He has given him. Then be a true preacher: a minister of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, not of men, but of God. You don’t need to go to Bible school and learn all kinds of doctrines of men. You don’t need to be ordained or approved of men. You don’t need to be sent by men. You need to humble yourself before your Lord and Savior and repent and turn from all your wicked ways: your pride; your selfish ambition; your involvement with witchcraft and the occult; your love of self, love of money, and love of pleasure; whatever He shows you: repent! Get it out of your life! Get rid of every occult, accursed thing, every idol, and separate yourself from all defiling of the flesh and spirit. Fast and pray and ask the Lord to baptize you fully with His Holy Spirit. He is the teacher. Take your Bible and ask the Lord to teach you His Word. Lay down everything you think you already know and let the Holy Spirit lead you into all truth. 1 John 2:27,  But the anointing which you have received from Him ( the Holy Spirit ) abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. If you abide in Me, Jesus said, and My Words abide in you, you shall bear much fruit, for without Me you can do nothing. Jesus is in you, and He is with you by the Holy Spirit.

Keep doing this. First be sure you are fully baptized in the Holy Spirit, as He is your guide into all truth, with evidence in speaking in other tongues, as it was in the early church. They all spoke in tongues and prophesied. Jesus said to the disciples in Acts 1, You shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto Me… When you are baptized in the Holy Spirit, He comes upon you. Keep seeking the Lord until He pours His Spirit out upon you. You can’t do any good without Him. He will minister and speak His Words through you, as you yield to Him, and they will be life to those who can receive them. Second, seek the Lord until you know His calling for sure in your life. If He never called you to preach His Word, then repent and seek Him and be willing to do whatever good work He has for you. He has a work for you.  Humble yourself and be willing to do what you consider to be a small thing, and be faithful in it, and you may find out that it isn’t so small after all.  If you are called to speak in His name; to feed His sheep, then seek the Lord until He sends you. Wait for Him to send you. Keep doing what is at hand until then. God will check you out with money. Are you faithful with money? Can you obey God with $500? Jesus said, If you have not been faithful with the unrighteous mammon (money), who will entrust to you the true riches? Be willing to go wherever He sends you and speak whatever words He gives you. Be willing to suffer for His name’s sake. If you go in the truth you will suffer, but if you remain faithful, you will be rewarded. You will have gold, silver and precious stones: works that will survive the test of fire. All our works will be tried by fire. If you say, “No! I will go now where I believe I should go. God is with me”, and you’re in the flesh, relying on your own understanding, you can go, and you can build, but unless the Lord builds the house, your labor will be in vain, and you will watch in shame as your pile of wood, hay, and stubble is consumed in the fire.

If you will do this: if you will wait on the Lord until He sends you, and wait on Him to receive His Words by the Holy Spirit, and then be faithful to speak them by the Spirit with all boldness, preaching the Word, reproving, rebuking, exhorting, with all longsuffering and doctrine, then He will bear witness to His Words in your mouth by the manifestation of His Spirit, with signs, wonders, miracles, and various gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to your faith, as He wills. He will confirm His Words that you have spoken and He will be glorified. Always, always, always give Him glory. All the glory belongs to Him. The Holy Spirit always glorifies Jesus. As soon as you start to receive glory unto yourself, you are in the flesh, and you are headed for destruction. As a minister of the Gospel you must greatly fear God and tremble at His Word to give Him glory.

What do you want? Do you want to be a famous preacher and have preeminence and glory of men? Do you want big crowds and big money and the things of the world? Or do you want to be a slave of Jesus Christ, like the Apostles of old, laying down your life for Him who laid down His life for you, to wait patiently for His Words and His work that He has for you, to do it faithfully, loving Him and loving His sheep to give them their meat in due season? Will you desire the cheap, fleeting glory of man over the eternal glory and honor of God? If you will choose to honor Him and give yourself to Him, He will test you and try you and find out if you are truly sincere, and then, if you are, if you will meet His conditions, He will honor you according to His will, and if you will remain faithful unto death, you will see His glory.
